Illustrating the elements to a culture of innovation.
Allianz APAC needed to develop internal campaign aimed at encouraging innovative thinking in their offices across the region. We developed a visual concept for the campaign that we then translated across various touch points, including presentation templates, collaterals like T-shirts and caps, as well a deck of card designed as thought-starters for teams within Allianz's regional offices.









Campaign Key Visual Development
Allianz wanted something professional with elements of playfulness built around a sense of technological innovation. We decided that vector illustrations was the strongest way to visually articulate the brief. This approach allowed us opportunities to design illustrations that could carry various aspects and elements of the innovating process.



Innocards
Innocards is a set of 8 cards designed to spark ideas and jumpstart conversations during brainstorming sessions. These cards were placed in meeting rooms across offices in the region.

Thermal Reactive Ink: Thinking Outside the Box
A T-shirt designed with a special thermal ink reacts to heat to reveal the full design. The idea here is to encourage users to get active and out of the office. Because sometimes, fresh perspectives can only be found outside comfort zones: away from the confines of comfortable office chairs and air-conditioned rooms.
