Selling to salespeople is just the type of challenge we enjoy.
FWD A.C.E (Advisor Customer Engagement) is a generative AI–powered sales tool built to help insurance agents create smarter content, manage leads, and convert prospects more effectively.
We were tasked with creating a launch campaign that didn’t just generate interest, but turned agents into active users, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to integrate the app into their daily sales process.

Structuring the A.C.E APP Playbook
A core part of our brief was to create a playbook that serves both as an introduction to AI and a practical guide for advisors, while actively driving adoption. To achieve this, the content had to feel relevant and accessible across a broad spectrum: from those with little to no understanding of generative AI, to those familiar but unconvinced, and those seeking practical guidance on how to use A.C.E effectively.
This required us to move beyond a purely functional “how-to” manual. The playbook not only explains how to use the tools, but also why they matter and how to use them well. We designed it to inspire confidence and encourage action.
To support this, the playbook is packed with thought starters and practical launch points, enabling advisors to build their own assets and shape their content strategies.
The main playbook is complemented by two focused modules—a Prompt Guide and an AI Avatar Guide—which were rolled out separately to prevent overwhelm and support more digestible learning.
